Jan. 21-23: Marlborough Man Arrested on Assault and Weapons Charges
There were a variety of arrests made by the Marlborough Police Department, along with plenty of other activity.
Friday, Jan. 21:
10:56 a.m.: There is a report of fraud/forgery at 192 Main St.
11:43 a.m.: A motor vehicle accident is reported at Donald J. Lynch Blvd. and Bigelow St. with no personal injuries.

1:09 p.m.: Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at 3 Ellis Ave.
2:56 p.m.: A report is taken after threats are made at 480 Parmenter St.

3:48 p.m.: Officers deal with a drug offense at 48 Stow Road.
5:09 p.m.: After responding to a report of a suspicious motor vehicle in the vicinity of Berlin Rd. and Pleasant St., police arrest Richard J. Kenny, 27, of 57 Mechanic St., on outstanding warrants.
7:15 p.m.: A restraining order is served at the Liberty Hill Apartments, 240 Main St. Apt. 313.
Saturday, Jan. 22:
3:58 a.m.: Ernane Leandro DaSilva, 28, of 115 Broadmeadow Rd. Apt. 1, was stopped in the area of 95 South St., and subsequently arrested on a variety of charges including failure to stop for police, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, resisting arrest, marked lanes violations, supplying a false name, driving with a suspended license, and two other outstanding warrants.
10:08 a.m.: A larceny is reported at Debbies Petland, 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd.
1:03 p.m.: Sex offenses were reported to officers at the police department, 355 Bolton St.
4:07 p.m.: Police respond to a domestic disturbance at 398 Cedar Hill St. and a criminal complaint is filed.
5:33 p.m.: A report of fraud/forgery is taken at police headquarters, 355 Bolton St.
8:14 p.m.: A missing person is reported, and services are rendered at a residence, 23 Kirby St.
10:51 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident with injuries is reported at the Holiday Inn, 265 Lakeside Ave.
Sunday, Jan. 23:
Jeannie M. Byrne, 50, of 849 Boston Post Road East Apt. 4F, was arrested for operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license.
12:58 p.m.: There is a 209A violation (unknowing proximity violation) reported at Price Chopper, 240 E. Main St.
6:16 p.m.: During a domestic disturbance at 8 Kings View Road, Bernardo J. Almeida, 41, of the same address, was arrested on two counts of assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon, and threatening to commit a crime.
6:28 p.m.: A missing person is reported to police at The Bridge of Central MA, 512 Sudbury St.
9:05 p.m.: Services are rendered in an incident of fraud/forgery in the apartments located at 187 W. Main St. Apt. 1.
