Hunter Charged in Marlborough Man's Death

A Marlborough man was killed in a hunting accident this past November, and a New Hampshire grand jury has charged the man who pulled the trigger.

The man who shot and killed Marlborough resident

Brunelle, 31, was a first time hunter out with his father and brother on the first day of the 2011 firearm season, when Wade Holmes, 49, of Lisbon, NH, fired his weapon killing him instantly.

WMUR-TV in New Hampshire reported that Holmes did not wait to pinpoint his target before firing, and has been subsequently charged with negligent homicide and reckless shooting.
