Homeless Sex Offender Arrested at Marlborough Hotel
Scott MacDonald has a long arrest history, according to online reports.
A homeless man was arrested last week on assault and failure to register charges after an incident on Main Street.
Scott A. MacDonald, 46, a homeless man now located in Framingham, was arrested at 7:26 a.m. on May 12, and charged with assault and battery and two counts of failing to register as a Level 2 and Level 3 sex offender. He was arrested at the McDonald Hotel on Main Street.
Back in September 2013, MacDonald was arrested on a warrant after allegedly failing to register. Police said he was living in a trailer park close to a city park at the time.

In 2011, he was arrested after a car accident and police chase in the city.
According to an online sex offender database, he was convicted of rape of a child in 2005.
