Luis Miguel Perdomo, 21, of 33 Paris St., Apt. 402B, Sunday, Oct. 9 on assault, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest. A Guatemalan national, Perdomo appeared for arraignment on the morning Tuesday, Oct. 11 and answered to charges that, while heavily intoxicated, he kicked the dog of an acquaintance at 22 Grant St., then while screaming profanities refused to leave the premises. Perdomo paid $100 in court fees and was released on his own recognizance. His case has been continued until Nov. 28, 2011.

Nelson Arnaldo Molina, 35, a Guatemalan national of an unknown address, described in court records as a white male, 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighing 135 pounds, on the evening of Monday, Oct. 10 after allegedly walking past a wake at the Fitzgerald Collins Funeral Home on Lincoln Street, and grabbing the buttocks of a female attendee. Court records said Molina was extremely intoxicated and was immediately taken to a nearby police officer after the incident. He appeared in Marlborough District Court the morning of Tuesday, Oct. 11 and was freed on $500 cash bail, or $5,000 bond. His case has been continued until Friday, Oct. 28, 2011.
