Fire Reported at Sully’s First Edition Pub in Marlborough

UPDATE, 12:29 p.m. The gas has been shut off at the scene. The department is checking vents on the roof and believes the fire has been isolated to the kitchen.

Marlborough Fire and Rescue teams were called to Sully’s First Edition Pub on Florence Street for a stove fire, according to ialerts.com.

The fire struck around noontime and the building was quickly evacuated.

Crews responded to the scene and reported heavy smoke with the fire, possibly extending to the walls.
