Feb. 9: Sex Offender Arrested in Motor Vehicle Stop

Here is a sampling of calls the Marlborough Fire Department received Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011.

1:14 a.m.: Norman D. Colleton Jr., 42, 10 Shay Rd., Hudson, is arrested during a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of 28 Hosmer St. on charges of marked lanes violations and OUI.

7:59 a.m.: Property damage was reported in a motor vehicle accident at the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel, 181 Boston Post Rd. W.

10:20 a.m.: Police take a report of fraud/forgery at 64 Meadowbrook Rd.

10:36 a.m.: In a motor vehicle stop in the area of West Main and Gibbons streets, Nelson Gonzalez, 24, of 224 West Main St. Apt. 5, was arrested on several counts of failing to register as a level two and three sex offender. 

2:35 p.m.: There is a report of fraud/forgery at New Horizons, 400 Hemenway St. Apt. 282.

4:18 p.m.: Threats made are reported to police at the RK Executive Centre, 201 Boston Post Rd. W.

5:23 p.m.: Officers serve a summons at a residence, 22 Fontaine St.

6:44 p.m.: A missing person is reported at the New England Sports Center, 121 Donald J. Lynch Blvd.

10:30 p.m.: Police investigate a suspicious motor vehicle at the Meadows at Marlborough, 93 Broadmeadow Rd.

10:33 p.m.: A report is filed concerning annoying phone calls at Embassy Suites, 123 Boston Post Rd. W.
