Feb. 3: Local Man Arrested on Assault Charges, Police Respond to Sudden Death

Here is a sampling of calls the Marlborough Police Department responded to Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011.

12:10 a.m.: There is a report of harassment in the vicinity of Gay St.

1:48 a.m.: Police aid a disabled vehicle at Planet Fitness, 225 Boston Post Rd.

2:18 a.m.: Officers respond to the report of an assault at the Cozy Cafe, 487 Lincoln St., and arrest Isaiah Graham, 29, 184 Mechanic St., on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon.

4:05 a.m.: Harassment is reported at 15 Grant Ct.

8:13 a.m.: A report is filed in the sudden death of an idividual at the Modern Guest House, 8 Cotting Ave. Apt. 34.

9:28 a.m.: Sex offenses are reported to police at Greater Marlborough Programs, 40 Mechanic St. 

10:48 a.m.: Police serve a summons at 68 Wellington St. 

4:46 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident is reported at Hosmer and E. Main St. Note: This accident, though no injuries were involved, blocked traffic in both directions during the rush hour, with police and fire responding to the scene.

8:40 p.m.: There is a report of annoying phone calls received at 16 Wakefield Road. 

9:58 p.m.: Officers take a report of larceny at Ridgewood Condominiums, 190 Bolton St. Apt. 6.

10:41 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop on Crystal Brook Way, Police arrest Richard A. Findley, 21, of 194 Brigham Hill, Grafton, on an outstanding warrant.
