East Marlborough Man Arrested on Lewdness Charges.

The responded a disturbing call on Ewald Ave. early Thursday, and arrested a local man on lewdness charges for second time in recent months. 

Todd R. McIntyre, 38, of 28 Ewald Ave., was observed by a neighbor sometime after midnight to be partially nude outside his home.

"It was reported that he was exposing himself and when officers located him he did have his pants down and his genitals were exposed," said Det. Martha Shea. "He was arrested for open and gross lewdness." 

In addition to the lewdness count, McIntyre was charged with civil possession of marijuana and carrying a dangerous weapon. 

"When officers searched him he had a small amount of marijuana on him and a switchblade knife was found in his pants pocket," said Shea. 

This is the in recent months as he was arrested in mid-July for sex offenses, lewdness. 

The circumstances were similar to those of Thursday's arrest.
