11:31 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident with injuries was reported from Route 495 South.

12:43 p.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided on Framingham Road.

1:48 p.m.: Police assistance was provided on Mountain Avenue.

2:21 p.m.: A burglar alarm went off on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

3:07 p.m.: A sex offender registered at the Police Department on Bolton Street.

3:58 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported from Concord Road.

4:19 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from the Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

6:30 p.m.: Vandalism was reported from Brigham Street.

Thursday, May 9

12:18 a.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided on Farmington Circle.

2:05 a.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided at The Heights At Marlborough Apartments on Briarwood Lane.

3:04 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Post Road Pantry on Boston Post Road East.

6:41 a.m.: A summons was served on Royal Crest Drive.
