Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced the following Grand Jury indictments on April 23:
Jason Pinsonault, 29, of Marlborough, was charged with distribution of cocaine, subsequent offense (two counts), being present where heroin is kept (two counts), and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.
The Assistant District Attorney is Maggie Pastuszak.
