CRIME LOG: Eastham Man Arrested on OUI Charges

The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Feb. 3, 2014.

Arrests

  • Marco Carrerra, 45, of Marlborough, was arrested at 2:18 p.m. on an abuse prevention order, violation. He was arrested at the Royal Crest Apartments on Royal Crest Drive.
  • Thomas F. Cummisky, 44, of Marlborough, was arrested on two abuse prevention order, violate, and stalking in violation of a prevention order. He was arrested on Mill Street North at 10:03 p.m.
  • Franklyn M. Dias, 33, of Marlborough, was arrested on assault and battery at 11:05 p.m. He was arrested at the Marlborough Court Condominiums on Hosmer Street.
  • George M. Henriques, 23, of Eastham, was arrested on OUI liquor, OUI drugs, marked lanes violation, civil possession of a Class D marijuana, alcohol in a motor vehicle, possession of an open container. He was arrested at 2:03 a.m. on Feb. 4.

  • 7:26 a.m. A larceny was reported at the Royal Crest Apartments on Royal Crest Drive.
  • 8:16 a.m. Police investigated a larceny on South Street.
  • 9:47 a.m. A motor vehicle accident was reported on Mill Street Central.
  • 10:08 a.m. An alarm was activated on Cameron Drive.
  • 10:25 a.m. A restraining order was served to a resident on West Main Street.

  • 12:33 p.m. Police were sent to an accident at Endinboro and Berkley streets.
  • 12:40 p.m. A motor vehicle accident was reported on Northborough Road and Dudley Street.
  • 1:33 p.m. Police were sent to an accident on Berlin Road.
  • 1:39 p.m. An accident was reported on Bolton Street.
  • 1:54 p.m. Police were called to Williams Street and Lakeside Avenue for suspicious activity.
  • 2:05 p.m. A burglar alarm was activated on Joseph North Road.
  • 2:38 p.m. A domestic disturbance was reported on the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel.
  • 4:53 p.m. A fraud/forgery incident was reported on Hastings Street.
  • 5:22 p.m. An accident occurred at the Gulf gas station on Lakeside Avenue.
  • 8:41 p.m. A motor vehicle accident was reported outside the Longfellow Plaza Laundrymat on Boston Post Road East.
  • 9:39 p.m. An animal complaint was reported on Sonia Drive.
  • 10:07 p.m. Police were called to a domestic disturbance on Tavitian Blvd.
  • 11:47 p.m. Police were called to suspicious activity on Broad Street.
  • 12:33 a.m. Police assisted EMTs at Marlborough Hills Health Care on Northboro Road East.
  • 12:44 a.m. A disturbance was reported at the Value Mini Storage on Farm Road.
  • 3:49 a.m. Police were called to the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel on Boston Post Road West to check on the wellbeing of a person.
  • 4:27 a.m. Police assisted EMTs at the Executive House Condominiums on Boston Post Road East.
