Cops: Two Arrests, Fraud Reports, Restraining Order Served

The Marlborough Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, July 24 

  • At 7:40 a.m., police responded to a MVA property damage report, Dunkin Donuts
  • At 8:07 a.m., police responded to a MVA with property damage, Lakeside Ave. 
  • At 8:27 a.m., a MVA caused damage to the vehicle, Briarwood Lane 
  • At 12:22 p.m., a MVA took place near CVS Pharmacy
  • At 2:08 p.m., police stopped a vehicle at Target. Kyle T. Hayes, 21, 18 Maplewood Ave., Marlborough, was arrested and charged on a warrant 
  • At 3:39 p.m., police served a warrant arrest to Mulondo S. Pamphra, 34, 3 Witherbee Terrace, Apt. A, Marlborough. 
  • At 8:23 p.m., police received a report of fraud from a resident on Bolton Street
  • At 9:09 p.m., a report of an erratic operator on Farm Road was called in to police  
Friday, July 25 

  • At 12:46 a.m., after a vehicle stop, police arrested Kham Syneane, 32, 95 Norcross St., Lowell, on Boston Post Road West and charged him with driving with a suspended license, revoked registration
  • At 6:12 a.m., a restraining order was served to a resident at 462 Lincoln St., Apt. 3
