Boating OUI and Assault Arrests

Wednesday, July 3

10:13 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from SMOC Marlborough Child Care on Forest Street.

12:58 p.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided at Avalon Orchards on Avalon Drive.

3:29 p.m.: An assault was reported from St. Mary’s Credit Union On West Main Street.

5:42 p.m.: Police arrested Manuel A. Teo Jr., 17, of 39 Ringold Street and Oscar S. Marrero, 18, of 39 Newton Street Apt. 16 on Sasseville Way on charges of breaking and entering into a vehicle or boat in the daytime for a felony, larceny over $250 and malicious destruction of over $250 of property.

5:50 p.m.: A past breaking and entering into a vehicle was reported from Pleasant Street.

9:16 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from Hudson Street.

Thursday, July 4

1:41 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from Lincoln Street.

6:04 a.m.: A burglar alarm went of at Marantha Christian Church on Boston Post Road East.

12:15 p.m.: An animal complaint was received from Boston Post Road East.

4:50 p.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided on Graham Path.

6:06 p.m.: Police arrested Carlos A. Mejia, 24, of 12 Royal Crest Drive Apt. 3 on Forest Street on charges of assault and battery and furnishing a false name while being arrested.

6:38 p.m.: Threats were reported from Walker Street.

9:25 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported from Berlin Road.

9:34 p.m.: Police arrested Daniel Campbell, 53, of 12 Red Spring Road on Red Spring Road on charges of boat oui liquor, and negligent operation of a boat.

10:35 p.m.: Sex offenses were reported from South Street.

11:38 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from Lakeshore Drive.

Friday, July 5

2:36 a.m.: Police arrested Jessica J. Conville, 26, of 137 Howe Street on Broad Street on charges of assault and battery.

8:57 a.m.: A burglar alarm went off at Metrowest Lawn and Power Equipment on Maple Street.

10:42 a.m.: Police arrested Ernestine M. Zisis, 56, of 84 Broad Street Apt. 1L on Broad Street on charges of assault and battery.

11:20 a.m.: A car accident with property damage was reported from Best Buy on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

2:17 p.m.: Police provided assistance at Target on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

2:20 p.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided at New England Sports Center on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

3:40 p.m.: Larceny was reported from Main Street.

4:38 p.m.: A burglar alarm went off at an office building on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

4:39 p.m.: A car accident occurred at Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

6:09 p.m.: Larceny was reported from the Sunoco on Maple Street.

7:00 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident was reported from Target at Solomon Pond Mall.

9:28 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from Essex Street.

9:59 p.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided at Target at Solomon Pond Mall.

Saturday, July 6

1:38 a.m.: A fire alarm went off on Dartmouth Street.

11:16 a.m.: Police arrested Paul R. Maibaum, 48, of 85 Silver Leaf Way Apt. 13 on Silver Leaf Way on charges of assault and battery.

1:22 p.m.: A burglar alarm went off at the recreation department on Concord Street.

4:22 p.m.: A car accident with injuries was reported from Firefly’s on East Main Street.

4:52 p.m.: A parking violation was reported from Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

6:46 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

9:49 p.m.: Police arrested Wendy L. Cobb, 46, of 21 Francis St. Apt. 2B on Lincoln Street on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and class C drug possession.

10:39 p.m.: A medical call was made from Flynn Avenue.

Sunday, July 7

1:44 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from Holly Hill Lane.

10:33 a.m.: Larceny was reported from Lincoln Street.

1:24 p.m.: Police arrested Rebecca M. Marotta, 19, of 21 Golden Dr. Apt. 3 in Winthrop on Ridge Road on charges of assault and battery.

4:06 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from Lincoln Street.

7:42 p.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided at Christopher Heights at 99 Pleasant Street.

10:09 p.m.: A missing person was reported from Glenhaven Carriage House on Framingham Road.

Monday, July 8

12:03 a.m.: Larceny was reported from Victoria’s Secret on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

12:16 a.m.: A structure fire was reported from Brigham Ave.
