5:33 p.m.: A 16-year-old juvenile is arrested along with Anthony J. Bibeau, 18, of 15 Malvern Hill Rd., Sterling, are arrested at JC Penny, 573 Donald J. Lynch Blvd., and charged with shoplifting more than $100 by concealing merchandise.
7:58 p.m.: An assault is reported at 259 Hosmer St.
