Friday, June 28

9:20 a.m.: A past breaking and entering was reported from Brigham Street.

10:53 a.m.: An assault was reported from Hudson Street.

12:36 p.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided at the Rooming House on Maple Street.

1:13 p.m.: Vandalism was reported from Cider Hill Condominiums on Boston Post Road East.

2:03 p.m.: A car accident was reported from Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

2:10 p.m.: Larceny was reported from Rice Street.

3:02 p.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle was reported from Farm Road.

4:42 p.m.: Larceny was reported from Sears on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
6:49 p.m.: Harassment was reported from Hudson Street.

8:40 p.m.: Larceny was reported from Victoria Secret at the Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
10:27 p.m.: A missing person was reported from Boston Post Road East.

10:44 pm.: Police arrested Mark A. Buyea, 24, of 225 Stoneybrook Road in Fitchburg on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a violation of DPW rules and regulations.

Saturday, June 29

12:08 a.m.: An assault was reported from Speakers Night Club.

12:18 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from Devens Street.

12:36 a.m.: A missing person was reported from Huntington Avenue.

1:18 a.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported from Knight Way.

2:23 a.m.: An animal complaint was received from Teller Street.

3:50 a.m.: Police arrested Nichole L. Mendonca, 23, of 50 Williams Street Apt. 2 on Williams Street on charges of assault and battery and vandalizing property.

8:21 a.m.: A missing person was reported from the area of Church and Vine Streets.

10:08 a.m.: Police served a restraining order on Lincoln Street.

11:44 a.m.: Fraud or forgery was reported from Baldwin Street.

1:20 p.m.: An animal complaint was received from Starbucks Coffee on South Bolton Street.

3:06 p.m.: Shoplifting was reported from Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

4:37 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from Eldorado Drive.

6:08 p.m.: Police arrested Carlucio Rocha Chaves, 34, of 159 West Main Street Apt. 1 at the Marlborough Hospital on Union Street on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, impeding an investigation through witness intimidation, threatening to commit a crime, assault and battery and providing a false name.

7:37 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from Greenwood Street.

10:15 p.m.: An animal complaint was received from Beach Street.

Sunday, June 30

12:32 a.m.: Police arrested Valerio Hernandez-Menchu, 32, of 319 East Main Street Apt. G4 at Brook Village East on East Main Street on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, leaving the scene of property damage and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

1:54 a.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided at the MacDonald Hotel on Main Street.

2:51 a.m.: Police arrested Jorge Ortiz Cardenas, 30, of 14 Mount Pleasant Street Apt. 4 on Mount Pleasant Street on a charge of assault and battery.

7:13 a.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided at Jake’s Coffee Shop on Main Street.

12:52 p.m.: Vandalism was reported from Huntington Avenue.

2:07 p.m.: An animal complaint was received from JC Penney on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

2:14 p.m.: A previous breaking and entering was reported from Hosmer Street.

3:23 p.m.: A well being check was made at the Comfort Inn on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

5:53 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from the Marlborough Hospital on Union Street.

9:37 p.m.: Police arrested two people following a report of an assault on Broad Street. Police arrested Sean Marqui Shaw, 31, of 85 Broad Street Apt. 2 on charges of assault and battery causing serious bodily injury and attempt to commit a crime. Police also arrested Mickeya S. Brown, 32 of 85 Broad Street Apt. 2 on charges of impeding an investigation through witness intimidation and disorderly conduct.

10:36 p.m.: Police arrested Toshima Young, 31, of 85 Broad Street Apt. 2 on Broad Street on charges of assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Monday, July 1

2:01 a.m.: Police arrested Ovidio A. Mancia, 34, of 114 Prospect Street in the area of Boston Post Road East and Wayside Inn Road on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and marked lanes violation.
