Assault Arrests Over Weekend
With a drug offense reported from a school and assault arrests the Marlborough police were busy over the weekend.

Friday, May 10
7:34 a.m.: A motor vehicle accident with injuries was reported from the area of Short and Tremont Streets.

9:36 a.m.: Police assisted another agency at the Assabet Valley Vocational High School on Fitchburg Street.

10:20 a.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided on Hemenway Street.
10:48 a.m.: A burglar alarm went off on Andrews Road.
11:57 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Ash Street.
12:23 p.m.: Citizen assistance was provided at Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
12:55 p.m.: A missing person was reported from the Assabet Valley Collaborative School on Orchard Street.
1:15 p.m.: A drug offense was reported from the Hildreth School on Sawin Street.
1:17 p.m.: Vandalism was reported from Brook Village East on East Main Street.
2:02 p.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided at Walgreen's on Granger Boulevard.
2:34 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident with property damage was reported from Bertucci's at Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
4:21 p.m.: A break-in to a motor vehicle was reported at Old Navy on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
5:27 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from the area of Grant and Paris Streets.
6:13 p.m.: A missing person was reported from Demers Drive.
8:09 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident with property damage was reported from Target on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
9:04 p.m.: Police arrested Henry Joel Hernandez-Reanos, 20, of 37 Hosmer Street Apt. 23 on charges of assault to rape, indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over, impeding an investigation through witness intimidation, threatening to commit a crime, vandalizing property and assault and battery.
10:34 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Target on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
Saturday, May 11
1:11 a.m.: An erratic operator was reported from Weed Street.
3:03 a.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported from Dunkin Donuts on Lakeside Avenue.
7:16 a.m.: Vandalism was reported from Girard Street.
9:49 a.m.: An animal complaint was received from Greenwood Street.
11:32 a.m.: A well-being check was made at JC Penny on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
12:30 p.m.: A warrant was served on Bolton Street.
1:07 p.m. A motor vehicle accident with injuries was reported from the area of E. Main and Hosmer Streets.
3:40 p.m.: Larceny was reported from Brigham Street.
3:58 p.m.: Police arrested Steven Russell Theriault, 57, of 128 Charlton Street Apt. 16 in Oxford at Sears on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard a charge of larceny over $250.
4:43 p.m.: A motor vehicle stop was made at Best Buy on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
5:39 p.m.: Police arrested John S. Cavicchio, 40, of 399 Berlin Road on Berlin Road on a warrant.
6:32 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from Goodale Street.
8:15 p.m.: Police assistance was provided on Frye Street.
9:13 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Hawkins Lane.
10:11 p.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported from Hill Road.
Sunday, May 12
12:03 a.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle was reported from Lakeside Avenue.
12:43 a.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported from Beach Street.
1:07 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from Farm Road.
2:35 a.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported from Maplewood Cemetary on Pleasant Street.
8:59 a.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided on Bolton Street.
9:19 a.m.: Police arrested Stephen Ryan Walker, 40, of 69 Phelps Street Apt. F on a charge of assault and batter on a 60+ or disabled person.
9:52 a.m.: Police arrested Rodolfo Gutierrez, 40, of 134 Maple Street Apt. 2 on charges of assault and battery and impeding an investigation through witness intimidation.
11:11 a.m.: A burglar alarm went off on Main Street.
2:10 p.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided on Cook Lane.
5:14 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from Grant Court.
6:01 p.m.: Harassment was reported from Howe Street.
