ARRESTS: West Boylston Man Charged with Violating An Abuse Prevention Order

The Marlborough Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Leo A. Lareau, 40, of Helen Drive in West Boylston, was arrested at 10:15 a.m. on July 14, and charged with violating an abuse prevention order, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license, and impeding an investigation by intimidating a witness. He was arrested at Hardware Specialty on Northboro Road Central.

According to the Banner, he was arrested in January 2013 and charged with breaking and entering at night with intentions to commit a felony. 

Joao Batista-Delima, 29, of Maple Street in Marlborough was arrested at 6:47 p.m. on July 14, on a true warrant. He was arrested at his apartment after police were sent there for a warrant service call.
