ARRESTS: Two Charged with Assault
The Marlborough Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Ethan M. Gavin, 23, of Marlborough, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. on May 4, on an assault and battery charge. He was arrested in an apartment on Applewood Drive after police were called to a domestic disturbance.
Hayley Alice Merlini, 22, of Marlborough, was arrested at 9:53 p.m. on May 4, on an assault and battery charge. She was arrested after a disturbance in an apartment at Brook Village East on East Main Street.
Danielle A. Barry, 28, a homeless person, was arrested at 8:54 p.m. on May 5, on four true warrants. She was arrested in an apartment on McEnelly Street after police were sent to a report a 209A restraining order violation at the home. In May 2013, she was arrested and charged with unarmed burglary, B&E into boat/vehicle for misdemeanor, vandalize property, disturbing the peace, according to online reports. In September 2013, she was arrested on armed burglary, vandalism of property, and assault and battery charges.
