ARRESTS: Three Charged for Drugs, Guns
The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
The following people were arrested by the Marlborough Police Department between Feb. 14, and Feb. 17, 2014:
Michael K. Nugent, 21, of Marlborough, was arrested at 10:42 p.m. on Feb. 14, and charged with possession of a class D drug with intent to distribute, subsequent; possession of a large capacity firearm, carrying a firearm without a license, and possession of firearm/ammunition without an FID license, first offense and subsequent offense.
Luis Angel Regalago, 22, of Marlborough, was arrested at 10:42 p.m. on Feb. 14, and charged with possession of a class D drug with intent to distribute, possession of a large capacity firearm, carrying a firearm without a license, and possession of firearm/ammunition without an FID license, first offense and subsequent offense, furnishing a false name/SSN, intimidation of a witness/impeding an investigation.

Tyler J. Hendrix, 22, of Marlborough, was arrested at 10:42 p.m. on Feb. 14, and charged with possession of a class D drug with intent to distribute, possession of a large capacity firearm, carrying a firearm without a license, and possession of firearm/ammunition without an FID license, first offense and subsequent offense.
All three were arrested in an apartment on 608 Boston Post Road East.

John R. Dodd, 54, of Marlborough, was arrested at 4:18 a.m. on Feb. 15, on an intimidation of a witness/impeding an investigation. He was arrested at the McDonald Hotel on Main Street.
Vanessa Lynn Clark, 33, of Marlborough, was arrested at 12:58 p.m. on Feb. 15, on an assault and battery charge. She was arrested on Boundary Street.
Vern A. Wager, 43, of Maynard, was arrested at 12:38 p.m. on Feb. 16, and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, revoked registration, and uninsured motor vehicle. He was stopped at the intersection of Bolton Street and Granger Blvd.
Crystal J. Vasquez, 25, of Lawrence, was arrested at 6:31 p.m. on Feb. 17, and charged with larceny over $250 by a single scheme. She was arrested at Hollister on Donald J. Lynch Blvd.
