ARRESTS: Teen Charged with Assault, Intimidation

Jose N. Reyes, 34, of Framingham, was arrested at 1:21 a.m. on April 6, and charged with OUI liquor and marked lanes violation. He was arrested after a traffic stop on Brigham Street. In June 2011, he was arrested in Northborough on a domestic assault and battery charge. 

Debora A. Nascimento, 21, of Marlborough, was arrested at 11:06 p.m. on April 6, and charged with assault and battery and a true warrant. She was arrested during a warrant service at an apartment at the Ridgewood Condominiums on Bolton Street.

Francisca L. Furtado-Patricio, 21, of Marlborough, was arrested at 11:22 p.m. on April 6, on an unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle charge. The charge was initiated after a report of a suspicious motor vehicle at the Ridgewood Condominiums on Bolton Street.

Vilma L. Boaventura, 50, of Marlborough, was arrested at 7:27 p.m. on April 7, and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise and contributing the delinquency of a child. She was arrested at the Target on Boston Post Road East.

A 15-year-old was arrested at 8:36 a.m. on April 8, and charged with assault and battery on a +60/disabled with injury and intimidating a witness while impending an investigation. The teen was arrested on Hildreth Street.

Kevin D. Kellie, 40, of Matson Mills, was arrested at 4:41 p.m. on April 8, and charged with OUI drugs and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He was arrested after a report of a suspicious motor vehicle on Mechanic Street. Later, an accident occurred on West Main Street and Kellie was arrested.

Eduardo Carlos Silva, 51, of Marlborough, was arrested at 7:39 p.m. on April 8, on a true warrant. He was arrested at an apartment on Cotting Avenue.

The 15 year old tough guy who beat a disabled 60 year disabled individual with an injury should be held with a very high bail or none at all would be my choice. He should also be put on trial as an adult. But that is not my decision to make. But it is my suggestion & opinion.
