ARRESTS: Marlborough Woman Charged with ID Theft
The Marlborough Police Department supplied the following information.
Elaine Guzman, 25, of Marlborough, was arrested at 1:20 p.m.
on April 24, and charged with larceny by check over $250, uttering a false
check, forgery of a check, and identity fraud. She was arrested at an apartment
on Cross Street.
Jennifer L. Weir, 38, of Marlborough, was arrested at 9:19 p.m. on April 24, and charged with two counts of assault and battery and breaking and entering for a misdemeanor. She was arrested on Berlin Road after police were called there for a disturbance. In February 2009, she was arrested on an assault and battery charge, according to online reports.
Valerie Reynolds, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 1:04 a.m. on April 25, and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license and marked lanes violation. She was arrested outside Fore Kicks on Forest Street after a motor vehicle stop.

Nathan D. Strickland, 24, of Marlborough, was arrested at 1:16 p.m. on April 25, on a warrant. He was arrested at the Marlboro Market on East Main Street. Earlier this month, Strickland was arrested in Castle Cannon Park in Holbrook on two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon. Last March, according to a post on Patch, he was arrested on a warrant. In October 2011, he was arrested on a warrant and resisting arrest. In September 2011, Strickland was arrested on a warrant.
