ARRESTS: Marlborough Woman Charged with Assault to Murder
The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Alexander Michael Rogan, 23, of Marlborough, was arrested at 10:49 p.m. on March 26, and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license, uninsured motor vehicle, and revoked registration.
Kristen M. Rathke, 21, of Marlborough, was arrested at 2:13 a.m. on March 26, and charged with assault to murder, three counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and two counts of assault and battery. She was arrested at her apartment on Lincoln Street. Rathke was arrested earlier this week on assault charges.
