ARRESTS: Marlborough Woman Charged with Assault
The Marlborough Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Melvin M. Caraballo, 31, of Broad Street in Marlborough, was arrested at 7:16 p.m. on July 14, and charged with disorderly conduct, vandalizing property, and retaliating against a witness. He was arrested on Broad Street.
In June, he was arrested on an assault and battery with a dangerous weapons charge, according to a post on Patch.
Elizabeth A. Watters, 38, of Bicknell Street in Marlborough, was arrested at 11:33 p.m. on July 14, on an assault and battery charge. She was arrested at her residence after police were called there for a domestic disturbance.
