ARRESTS: Marlborough Residents Face Assault, Other Charges

The Marlborough Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Michael D. DaSilva, 33, of West Main Street in Marlborough, was arrested at 7:58 p.m. on May 17, and charged with assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. He was arrested at an apartment building on West Main Street.

Thomas S. Tresca Jr., 62, of Farm Road in Marlborough, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. on May 18, on a true warrant. He was arrested at the Longfellow Plaza Laundromat on Boston Post Road East after police were called there for a trespassing incident. 

In January, he was arrested on an assault and battery charge after a domestic disturbance at the Farmington Manor Apartments, according to a post on Patch. In 2010, he was arrested in Hudson on a domestic assault and battery charge, according to online reports.

Jessica A. Suwolitch, 23, of East Main Street in Marlborough, was arrested at 5:39 p.m. on May 19, and charged with assault and battery and vandalizing property. She was arrested at the Gulf Gas Station on East Main Street.
