ARRESTS: Marlborough Man Faces Third OUI Charge
The Marlborough Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Jose Dossantos, 48, of East Main Street in Marlborough, was arrested at 8:57 p.m. on June 1, and charged with OUI liquor, third offense, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, and possession of an open container of alcohol.
He was arrested at the intersection of West Main and Winthrop streets after a motor vehicle stop.
Brian D. Sloan, 55, of Auburn Street in Marlborough, was arrested at 9:09 p.m. on June 1, on a true warrant.
