ARRESTS: Marlborough Man Faces Drug, Driving Charge

The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Steven M. Plante, 29, of Hudson, was arrested at 5:32 p.m. on March 7, and charged with assault and vandalizing property. He was arrested at the intersection of Bolton Street and Granger Boulevard after a disturbance report.

Aurelio C. DaSilva, 38, of Marlborough, was arrested at 9:07 p.m. on March 7, and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license and motor vehicle lights violation. He was stopped after a motor vehicle stop at Granger Boulevard and Liberty Street.

Robert D. Tucker, 31, of Marlborough, was arrested at 6:06 p.m. on March 8, and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license and possession of a Class A drug. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop outside Coast to Coast Realty on Lincoln Street.

Benjamin John Petersen, 21, of Natick, was arrested at 12:37 a.m. on March 10, and charged with assault and battery and impeding an investigation/witness intimidation. He was arrested at The Heights at Marlborough Apartments on Briarwood Lane.

Diogo Alves Nasimento, 25, of Marlborough, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. on March 10, on a warrant. The arrest took place at The Heights at Marlborough Apartments on Briarwood Lane. According to online reports, Nasimento was also arrested in June 2011 and charged with violating an abuse prevention order, and two counts of assault and battery.
