ARRESTS: Marlborough Man Charged with Second OUI Violation
The Marlborough Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Devin M. Connolly, 30, of Leoleis Drive in Marlborough, was arrested at 1:11 a.m. on June 3, and charged with OUI liquor, second offense, marked lanes violation, and motor vehicle lights violation.
He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Clover Hill and Brigham streets.
Michael S. Hurst, 54, of Boston Post Road East in Marlborough, was arrested at 6:23 a.m. on June 3, on a disturbing the peace charge.

He was arrested at his apartment after police were sent there for a disturbance call.
