ARRESTS: Marlborough Man Charged with OUI
The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Alito V. Souza, 47, of Marlborough, was arrested at 3:08 a.m. on March 15, on an OUI liquor charge. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at the Royal Crest Apartments on Royal Crest Drive.
Jose Alavo G. Neto, 27, of Framingham, was arrested at 5:07 p.m. on March 15, on an operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Broadmeadow Drive.
Jordan D. Smith, 27, of Sudbury, was arrested at 1 a.m. on March 16, and charged with possession of a Class C drug and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. The arrest happened after a report of a disturbance at the Halfway Café on Boston Post Road West.

Byron E. Alvarez, 30, of Marlborough, was arrested at 11:22 p.m. on March 16, on a warrant. He was arrested on Broad Street.
