ARRESTS: Marlborough Man Charged with Indecent Assault on a Teen
The Marlborough Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Luis L. Arroyo, 36, of East Main Street in Marlborough, was arrested at 7:07 a.m. on June 11, and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery. He was arrested in an apartment on East Main Street.
Paul R. Canty Jr., 67, of West Main Street in Marlborough, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. on June 11, and charged with indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over and breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony. He was arrested outside of the Marlborough House of Pizza on Main Street after a motor vehicle stop.
