ARRESTS: Marlborough Man Charged with Fourth OUI

Losvin Alfonso Cruz-Garcia, 31, of Boston Post Road East in Marlborough was arrested at 11:36 a.m. on June 5, on an assault and battery charge.
He was arrested on West Main Street after police were called to the home for a disturbance.
Trevor James MacNeill, 21, of Tavitian Blvd in Marlborough, was arrested at 7:01 p.m. on June 5, and charged with vandalizing property and attempting to commit a crime.

He was arrested after police were sent to Essex Street for a report of a past breaking and entering or burglary incident.
Kevin M. Pettijohn, 54, of Ediboro Street in Marlborough, was arrested at 8:57 p.m. on June 5, and charged with OUI liquor, fourth offense, motor vehicle lights violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle with a license suspension, subsequent offense.
