ARRESTS: Marlborough Man Charged with Attempted Murder

Armais Kocharov, 22, of Cranston, RI, was arrested at 4:44 a.m. on Feb. 20, on a warrant. Police were called to a report of suspicious activity on the second floor of a parking garage at Court and Main streets.

Oskar Sirvent, 22, of Marlborough, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on Feb. 22, on an assault and battery charge. Police were sent to Gibbons Street for a domestic disturbance.

Jasmine Rodrigues, 25, of Marlborough, was arrested at 10:55 a.m. on Feb. 22, and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license and operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended. The arrest occurred after a motor vehicle stop on Lincoln Street.

Frederico B. Santos, 32, of Marlborough, was arrested at 3:05 p.m. on Feb. 22, and charged with armed burglary, attempted murder, assault and battery, vandalizing property, assault to rape, stalking, incident assault and battery on a person 14 or over, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license, assault and battery causing serious bodily injury, arrestee furnishing a false name/SSN, and three warrants. Santos was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Short Street.

Byron O. Dominguez, 32, of Marlborough, was arrested at 6:35 p.m. on Feb. 22, and charged with speeding and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street.

Darbin Armando Turcios, 27, of Marlborough, was arrested at 12:52 a.m. on Feb. 23, and charged with OUI liquor and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was arrested at the intersection of Elm Street and Maplewood Avenue.

Austin James Forcier, 18, of Marlborough, was arrested at 7:44 p.m. on Feb. 23, and charged with disorderly conduct. He was arrested after a disturbance call on Lincoln Street.
