ARRESTS: Marlborough Man Charged with Assaulting a Pregnant Person
The Marlborough Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
William R. Lee, 58, of Main Street in Marlborough, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on May 22, on an assault and battery charge. He was arrested at the McDonald Hotel on Main Street. Previously, in 2008, Lee was arrested during a drug sweep in Marlborough, according to online reports.
Kevin Ariel DeLeon, 21, of Briarwood Lane in Marlborough, was arrested at 5:42 p.m. on May 23, and charged with assault and battery on a pregnant person, assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and threatening to commit a crime. He was arrested at an apartment building on Briarwood Lane.
