ARRESTS: Marlborough Man Charged with Assault

Gustavo Campos, 21, of Marlborough, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. on April 9, on an operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license and failing to stop/yield. He was stopped while driving on Sonia Drive.

Jose Fernando Salguero, 27, of Marlborough, was arrested at 10:08 a.m. on April 10, on a true warrant. He was arrested in an apartment on Emmett Street. Last month, he was arrested in Waltham, according to Patch, and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. In August 2013, Salguero was arrested for OUI-liquor, leaving scene of property damage, according to online reports. 

Austin James Forcier, 18, of Marlborough, was arrested at 2:58 p.m. on April 10, on a true warrant and a possession of a Class B substance charge. He was arrested on Hastings Street. In February, he was arrested for disorderly conduct, according to a post on Patch. In December 2013, he was arrested a warrant and a charge of civil possession of Class D marijuana, according to Patch. 

Keith J. Saviano, 34, of Roxbury, was arrested at 4:36 p.m. on April 10, on a possession of a Class D substance. He was arrested at the intersection of Beach and Clover Hill streets.

Joseph S. Degati, 25, of Marlborough, was arrested at 8:48 p.m. on April 10, on an assault and battery charge. He was arrested in an apartment on Broadmeadow Road after police were called to a domestic disturbance.

Richard P. Lucas, 61, a homeless man currently located in Providence, RI, was arrested at 11:27 p.m. on April 10, on a true warrant and failure to register as a sex offender, subsequent offense. He was arrested after police were called to a domestic disturbance at The Heights at Marlborough Apartments on Briarwood Lane. In February, he was charged with intimidate a witness/impeding an investigation and three warrants, according to Patch. Last year, Lucas allegedly failed to register as a sex offender and was arrested in Tewksbury.
