ARRESTS: Marlborough Man Charged with Animal Cruelty
The Marlborough Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
James A. Duffy Jr., 58, of Eldorado Drive in Marlborough, was arrested at 12:02 p.m. on June 20, and charged with OUI drugs, marked lanes violation, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He was arrested after a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, at Assabet Valley Vocational High School on Fitchburg Street.
Christopher Adam Winske, 27, of Stow Road in Marlborough, was arrested at 1:08 p.m. on June 20, on a warrant from another agency.
According to a post on Patch, he was arrested on assault and battery and vandalizing property charges, as well as a warrant.

He was arrested in September 2012, according to a post on Patch, on a larceny over $250 at Walmart in Framingham.

Candice S. Ryng, 32, of Boston Post Road East in Marlborough, was arrested at 5:43 p.m. on June 20, on an assault and battery charge. She was arrested at her apartment after police were called there for a disturbance.
Michel P. Monteiro, 46, of Cross Street in Marlborough was arrested at 9:47 p.m. on June 20, on a cruelty to animal charge and a threat to commit a crime charge. He was arrested on Chestnut Street.
