ARRESTS: Marlborough Men Charged with Domestic Assault
The Marlborough Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Joao Batista-Delima, 29, of Maple Street in Marlborough, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. on July 10, and charged with assault and battery. He was arrested after a domestic disturbance on Boston Post Road East.
Juan A. Garcia-Cristales, 31, of Bearfoot Road in Marlborough, was arrested at 10:07 p.m. on July 11, and charged with OUI liquor, second offense, marked lanes violation, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license. He was arrested on Boston Post Road East after police heard a report about an erratic driver.
Jose Anastacio Jr., 49, of Lincoln Street in Marlborough, was arrested at 10:52 p.m. on July 11, and charged with assault and battery and impending an investigation with intimidation. He was arrested after a domestic disturbance at his home.
