ARRESTS: Man Charged with Four Counts of Assault on an Elderly Person

The Marlborough Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Hugo R. Noriega, 46, of Broad Street in Marlborough, was arrested at 11:36 p.m. on May 24, on assault and battery, assault and battery on a police officer, and resisting arrest.

He was arrested in an apartment on Broad Street.

Noriega was arrested on assault and battery in August 2012, according to a post on Patch. In October 2012, he was charged with assault and battery and violating an abuse prevention order, according to online reports.

Carlos Cermeno-Duarte, 27, of Maple Street in Marlborough, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on May 25, and charged with breaking and entering in to a boat/vehicle for misdemeanor and vandalizing property.

He was arrested on Hildreth Street.

In July 2010, he was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge, according to online reports.

Zachary S. Lodi, 31, of Front Street in Marlborough, was arrested at 2:13 p.m. on May 26, and charged with four counts of assault with a dangerous weapons against a person +60, threat to commit a crime, assault, assault with a dangerous weapons, disturbing the peace, assault and battery on a police officer, and carrying a dangerous weapon.

He was arrested at Marlborough Hospital on Union Street.

In May 2011, he was arrested for spray painting around the city.

In March 2012, he was arrested on disorderly conduct, assault and battery, and assault with dangerous weapon charges.

Raul A. Mora, 23, of Broad Street in Marlborough, was arrested at 4:24 a.m. on May 27, on an assault and battery charge. He was arrested in an apartment on Broad Street.
