ARRESTS: Man Charged with Assaulting Pregnant Person
The Marlborough Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Sandra J. Fournier, 44, a homeless woman, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on June 30 on a person in fear of entering at night for a felony. She was arrested on Maple Street, after police were called to the address for a breaking and entering, past tense, burglary call.
In 2013, she was arrested on drug charges, according to a post on Patch.
William Lopez, 56, of Charles Street of Marlborough, was arrested at 6:46 p.m. on July 1, and charged with assault and battery on a pregnant person, impeding an investigation by intimidating a witness, and arrestee furnishing a false name/SSN. He was arrested at his home.
