ARRESTS: Man Charged with Armed Burglary, Assault
The Marlborough Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Nicolas Ryan Harris, 24, of Evelina Drive in Marlborough, was arrested at 1:24 p.m. on July 15, and charged with OUI drugs, possession of a Class A drug, possession of a Class B drug, marked lanes violation, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He was arrested after a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Elm Street.
Shawn M. Delano, a homeless man in Marlborough, was arrested at 9:47 a.m. on July 16, and charged with armed burglary, assault and battery, violation of an abuse prevention order, and impeding an investigation by intimidating a witness. He was arrested on Prospect Street after a domestic disturbance.
Sara L. Dickmann, 22, of Arnold Street in Marlborough, was arrested at 12:13 a.m. on July 17, for another agency. She was arrested in her apartment.

Tammy J. Mason, 45, of Lincoln Street in Marlborough, was arrested at 6:06 a.m. on July 17, on a true warrant. She was arrested at her apartment.
