ARRESTS: Holden Man Faces Larceny, Check Forgery Charges

The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

David R. Cartier, 35, of Loudon, NH, was arrested at 10:46 a.m. on Feb. 7, on a warrant. According to a police report, officers were called to Joseph North Road for burglar alarm activation and later arrested Cartier.

Elijah Dwayne Sampson, 43, of Marlborough, was arrested at 2:22 p.m. on Feb. 7, and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding in violation of a special regulation. The motor vehicle stop occurred on Phelps Street.

Joseph H. Kenney, 50, of Marlborough, was arrested at 12:26 a.m. on Feb. 8, and charged with disorderly conduct and vandalizing property. He was arrested at the McDonald Hotel on Main Street.

Bryan W. Barrile, 27, of Marlborough, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on Feb. 8, and charged with OUI liquor, revoked registration, and uninsured motor vehicle. He was stopped at the intersection of West Main and Grant streets.

Rosemarie Torres, 22, of Marlborough, was arrested at 6:06 p.m. on Feb. 9, and charged with assault and battery, assault and battery on a police officer, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. She was arrested after a disturbance call from South Street.

Ronald W. Manthe, 33, of Holden, was arrested at 10:27 a.m. on Feb. 11, and charged with larceny over $250, forgery of a check, larceny under $250, and uttering a false check. The allegations stem from alleged incidents on Boston Post Road East.
