ARRESTS: Framingham Man Charged with OUI, Assault
The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Dacy Ann Soroka, 30, of Worcester, was arrested at 4:39 a.m. on April 13, and charged with OUI liquor, marked lanes violation, and DPW rules and regulations violation. She was arrested at the intersection of Pleasant Street and Berlin Road after a motor vehicle stop.
Diego Martins Demorais, 26, of Framingham, was arrested at 5:59 p.m. on April 13, and charged with OUI liquor, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and batter on a public employee, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license, leaving the scene of property damage, threatening to commit a crime, resisting arrest, and drug/narcotics violations. He was arrested after a report of an erratic driving on Briarwood Lane.
John C. Madden Jr., 31, of Marlborough, was arrested at 2:35 p.m. on April 14, on a warrant. He was arrested at an apartment on Boston Post Road East.

Jenson Casiano Rodriguez, 27, of Marlborough, was arrested at 1:57 a.m. on April 15, on three warrants. He was arrested on Lincoln Street at a traffic stop. In November 2013, he was arrested on driving charges.
