ARRESTS: Cambridge Man Faces Driving Charges
The Marlborough Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Frank C. Anzalone IV, a homeless man, was arrested at 3:52 p.m. on July 9, and charged with defrauding an innkeeper (under $100) and a true warrant.
He was arrested at Chin’s Garden on Main Street.
Previously, he has been arrested on warrants, according to posts on Patch.

Jared A. Scott, 25, of Spring Street in Cambridge, was arrested at 3:03 a.m. on July 10, and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, and unregistered motor vehicle.
