ARRESTS: Marlborough Police Nab Alleged Drug Dealers
The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
The following people were arrested by the Marlborough Police Department on Feb. 12, 2014:
Michael A. Russell, 24, of Marlborough, was arrested at 2:46 p.m. and charged with trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium, 14-28 grams, possession of a Class A drug subsequent offense, distribution of a Class A drug subsequent offense, possession of a Class C drug subsequent offense, and possession to distribute a Class C drug subsequent offense. He was arrested at the Marlborough East Apartments on East Main Street.
Brandon J. Sones, 24, of Marlborough, was arrested at 2:46 p.m. and charged with trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium, 14-28 grams, possession of a Class A drug subsequent offense.

Richard P. Lucas, 61, of Woonsocket, RI, was arrested at 4:12 p.m. and charged with intimidate a witness/impeding an investigation and three warrants. He was arrested at the Heights at Marlborough Apartments on Briarwood Lane. Last year, Lucas allegedly failed to register as a sex offender and was arrested in Tewksbury.
