April 28: Marlborough Man Arrested for Domestic Assault and Battery

Here is a sampling of the calls the Marlborough Police Department responded to Thursday, April 28, 2011. All arrests are reported.

7:23 a.m.: There is a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of Donald J. Lynch Blvd. and North Bigelow St., and a citation/warning is issued. 

8:15 a.m.: A report is filed concerning an incidence of larceny at 336 East Main St.

12:14 p.m.: Services are rendered when police investigate a report of harassment at 238 Hosmer St.

12:22 p.m.: Police investigate a report of wires down in the area of 122 Greenwood St.

1:54 p.m.: An act of vandalism is reported at a residence, 238 Sudbury St.

2:17 p.m.: Officers investigate a report of threats made at 42 Valley St.

5:29 p.m.: Paul F. Serra, 36, of 235 West Main St. Apt. 5, after police respond to a domestic disturbance at the same address. He is charged with two counts of assault and battery.

10:08 p.m.: A report is filed concerning a disturbance at an apartment building, 13 Cross St.
