April 22—24: OUI Arrests, Assault on Senior Citizen

Here is a sampling of the calls the Marlborough Police Department responded to Friday, April 22 through Sunday, April 24, 2011. All arrests are reported.

Friday:

8:37 a.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with property damage in the area of Bolton and Lincoln streets.

11:48 a.m.: Property damage is reported in another motor vehicle accident the the Lake Williams Condos, 273 West Main St.

1:12 p.m.: Service are rendered at Design Pak Lofts, 175 Maple St., after an animal complaint.

3:08 p.m.: A past instance of breaking and entering/burglary is reported at 19 Belmont St.

6:02 p.m.: Robert G. Comas Jr., 57, of 53 Mildon Ave., is arrested in a disturbance call for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over 60 years. 

7:10 p.m.: There is a report of fraud/forgery at 245 Boston Post Rd. E. Apt. 7.

9:08 p.m.: Police respond to the report of suspicious activity at the Prospector East Saloon, 520 Lincoln St. 

11:28 p.m.: In a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of Executive House Condos, 110 Boston Post Rd. E., officers arrest Jose Cuhna, 32, of 85 Broad St. Apt. 428, for a second offense OUI liquor, subsequent offense driving with a suspended license, and improper operation of a motor vehicle with harsh or objectionable noise from a motor vehicle. 

 

Saturday:

1:31 a.m.: Behzad Lavari, 47, of 32 Royal Crest Dr. Apt. 2, is arrested after police respond to a domestic disturbance at Royal Crest Apartments, 32 Royal Crest Dr. Apt. 2, and is charged with assault and battery. 

2:09 a.m.: Suspicious Activity is reported and investigated in the area of 345 Lincoln St. 

7:54 a.m.: Jerry Charles Ferris, 50, of 399 Berlin Rd., is arrested at JCT Inc., at the same address, after the report of a domestic disturbance. He is charged with assault and battery, impeding an investigation by witness intimidation, and vandalizing property. 

10:54 a.m.: Officers serve a summons to a resident of 154 Pleasant St.

5:00 p.m.: Services are rendered by police when they serve a restraining order at the Sheffield Court Condominiums, 616 Boston Post Rd. E. Apt. 18.

10:57 p.m.: Pedro Rosales, 28, of 1 Spruce St., is arrested on charges of disorderly conduct after police respond to a report of suspicious activity in the vicinity of South Bolton and Bridge streets.

 

Sunday:

2:29 a.m.: Police make a report concerning suspicious activity at the Parmenter Square Office Building, 133 East Main St. 

4:51 a.m.: A report is made after a domestic disturbance at Bouviers Pharmacy, 515 Lincoln St. 

6:29 p.m.: An erratic motor vehicle operator is cited in the area of Boston Market, 189 Boston Post Rd. W. 

11:51 p.m.: The hold-up alarm at the Solomon Pond Mall, 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd. sounds and police check and secure the building.
