April 15—18: Drunk Driver Leaves Scene of Accident, A&B Arrest, More

Here is a sampling of the calls the Marlborough Police Department responded to Friday, April 15 through Monday, April 18, 2011. All arrests are reported.

Friday:

8:44 a.m.: A drug offense is reported at Marlborough High School, 431 Bolton St.

12:48 a.m.: Services are rendered by police when they issue an harassment order at 20 Settlers Ln.

2:30 p.m.: Police serve a summons at Marlborough Court Condominiums, 35 Hosmer St. Apt. 20. 

5:06 p.m.: Officers investigate a disturbance at 1 Allen Ct.

7:07 p.m.: An act of larceny is reported at Sunoco, 146 Maple St.

8:44 p.m.: Vandalism is reported at 22 Shawmut Ave. 

 

Saturday:

12:31 a.m.: There is a report of a domestic disturbance at 9 Lincoln Ct. Apt. 5. 

3:10 a.m.: Police investigate the report of a suspicious motor vehicle on Lizotte Dr. 

9:57 a.m.: A past instance of breaking and entering burglary is investigated at Solomon Pond Mall, 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd. 

10:12 a.m.: Officers take a report of a stolen car at 109 Broadmeadow Rd. Apt. 8.

10:45 a.m.: A second vehicle is reported stolen at the Heights of Marlborough Apartments, 12 Briarwood Ln.

5:10 p.m.: Thomas S. Reilly, 23, of 33 Briarwood Ln. Apt. 6, is arrested after fleeing the scene of an accident at Hillcrest Rd. and Hildreth St. He is charged with leaving the scene of an accident, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, and civil possession of a Class D drug (marijuana). Andrew K. Ramrattan, 21, of 33 Boundary St., is arrested for disturbing the peace in the same incident. 

5:40 p.m.: Joao Pedro Morais, 19, of 137 Forest Ave. Apt. 2nd, Hudson, is arrested for shoplifting by concealing at Solomon Pond Mall, 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd.

7:37 p.m.: A missing person is reported to police at the McDonald Hotel, 276 Main St. Apt. 18. 

8:05 p.m.: A domestic disturbance is reported to the MPD at 165 Cullinane Dr.

8:21 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the area of West Main and Winthrop streets, police arrest Moises Pereira Cotta, 34, of 273 West Main St. Apt. 5, is arrested for driving without a license, and on an outstanding warrant.

 

Sunday:

7:19 a.m.: Ian N. Thompson-Haynes, 23, of 320 Dicenzo Blvd., is arrested during a motor vehicle stop for driving with a suspended/revoked license, and speeding in violation of a special regulation. 

2:35 p.m.: Police respond to report of larceny at Victoria's Secret, 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd.

4:12 p.m.: A report of harassment is investigated at a residence, 120 Prospect St. 

7:01 p.m.: Paul A. Garland Jr., 53, of 42 Union St., is arrested on charges of assault and battery after police respond to a domestic disturbance. 

10:11 p.m.: An act of larceny is reported at 31 Mount Pleasant St. 

11:14 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop, Carlos Martinez, 29, of 523 Lincoln St. Apt. 1, is arrested for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and OUI liquor. 

11:32 p.m.: Police investigate sex offenses at Countryside Village, 450 Boston Post Rd. E. Apt. 605. 

 

Monday:

1:46 a.m.: Wisley Bouquet, 33, of 325 Chestnut Farm Way, Raynham, is arrested in a motor vehicle stop for driving with a suspended/revoked license, and for marked lanes violations. 

8:15 a.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle is reported at the Immaculate Conception Upper School, 119 Washington St. 

11:44 a.m.: A citation/warning is issued in a motor vehicle stop at Fuji Steak House, 200 Boston Post Rd. E. 

2:18 p.m.: An act of larceny is reported in the vicinity of Fitchburg St. and Sasseville Way. 

4:05 p.m.: A past instance of breaking and entering/burglary is reported to the MPD at 181 Boston Post Rd. E. Apt. 2. 

7:29 p.m.: Fraud/forgery is reported at a residence, 86 Brimshead St.

7:59 p.m.: Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at the Embassy Suites, 123 Boston Post Rd. W.

10:57 p.m.: A missing person is reported to the police department at 74 Newton St. Apt. left. 

11:04 p.m.: Isaac Alvarenga, 19, of 14 Blake Cir. Apt. 5, is arrested during a motor vehicle stop in the area of Newton and Florence streets on an outstanding warrant.
