April 1—3: Police Investigate 2 Sudden Deaths on Main Street, Multiple Arrests

Here is a sampling of the calls the Marlborough Police Department responded to Friday, April 1 to Sunday, April 3, 2011. All arrests are reported.

Friday:

12:39 a.m.: While responding to a domestic disturbance, police arrest Nicole L. Parsons, 38, of 30 Ethel Ave., on charges of assault and battery. 

1:25 a.m.: A past breaking and entering burglary at 4 Witherbee Ter. Apt. 2 is reported to the Marlborough Police Department.

6:13 a.m.: The police investigate the report of downed electrical wires. 

7:39 a.m.: Property damage is reported in a traffic accident at Marlborough High School, 431 Bolton St.

10:39 a.m.: Harassment is reported at Sea Star Seafood, 128 Bartlett St. 

10:46 a.m.: Officers investigate a drug offense at Assabet Valley Vocational High School, 215 Fitchburg St. 

12:35 p.m.: Rodrigo Pimentel, 29, of 253 Boston Post Rd. E. Apt. 10, is arrested during a motor vehicle stop at Hildreth St. and Cook Ln. for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a red light violation, and speeding in violation of a special regulation.

3:08 p.m.: An act of fraud/forgery is reported at Marlborough Savings Bank, 81 Granger Blvd. 

7:02 p.m.: Officers respond to a report of shoplifting at Price Chopper, 240 East Main St. 

9:37 p.m.: While responding to a harassment call, officers arrest Geneva Morais, 34, of 40 Beaudry St., on an outstanding warrant. 

 

Saturday:

2:33 a.m.: A citation/warning is issued in a motor vehicle stop at Bolton Manor Nursing Home, 400 Bolton St. 

5:41 a.m.: Services are rendered when police serve a harassment order, 71 Upland Rd.

9:30 a.m.: Vandalism is reported at 144 Highland St.

9:30 a.m.: Officers respond to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at the Royal Plaza Trade Center, 181A Boston Post Road W.

11:04 a.m.: Police investigate a sudden death at 174 West Main St. 

1:14 p.m.: Another sudden death is reported and investigated at 157 East Main St. 

6:24 p.m.: Rony Dossantos, 26, of 124 Hosmer St. Apt. 10, is arrested in a motor vehicle stop in the area of 37 Hosmer St. for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 

8:12 p.m.: Police investigate suspicious activity at 64 Washington St., and officers arrest Jared A. Houde, 21, 219 Mulberry St. Apt. 1N, Fall River, on charges of breaking and entering into a vehicle/boat in the nighttime for felony purposes, and vandalizing property.

 

Sunday:

1:07 a.m.: Sharon Nicole Paolini, 27, of 14 Lakeshore Dr., is arrested in the vicinity of Lakeshore Dr. and Reservoir St. on marked lanes violations, OUI liquor, and failure to stop for police. 

7:46 a.m.: Police receive a report of trespassing at the Shell Gas Station, 342 Boston Post Road E.

12:14 p.m.: A report of threats made is investigated at a residence, 13 Tremont St. 

4:44 p.m.: Shane Patrick Squires, 20, of 68 Kendall St., Framingham, is arrested in a motor vehicle stop at South and Charles streets on an outstanding warrant.

6:24 p.m.: Joseph Santiago, 19, of 23 Belmont St. Apt. 1, is arrested while being served an arrest warrant in the area of Chestnut and Franklin streets. 

8:36 p.m.: While investigating a report of suspicious activity at the Modern Guest House, police arrest David Perron, 44, of 8 Cotting Ave. Apt. 35, for disturbing the peace, and tampering with a fire call box. 

9:24 p.m.: After responding to a motor vehicle accident at the Shell Gas Station/Food Mart, 431 Lincoln St., police arrest Marcelino Citalan Chaclan, 30, of 155 Broad St. Apt. 1, on charges of OUI liquor and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
