100 Years Ago: Robin Hill Pie Social a Success

Six days a weeks (Mon—Sat) Marlborough Patch will highlight an interesting story from the Marlborough Daily Enterprise published on that date 100 years ago.

June 14, 1911: Pie Social Held at Robin Hill Tuesday Night

The Robin Hill Improvement Society had a pie social at the Robin Hill schoolhouse Tuesday evening, which was largely attended by many coming from Marlboro, Hudson and Northboro. A musical program was given by Miss Mary Robbins and Miss Florence Rooney in piano selections, Miss Eunice Dean in solos and Miss Edna Marshall, readiness. Supper was served by a committee which included George W. Higgins, Mrs. E.C. Lincoln, Mrs. Carrie Gage, Fred B. Macomber, Clarence B. Lee and Irving Whittaker.
