As of today, March 15th, there are 116 Single Family Homes on the market in Marlborough. The list prices range from $63,150 to $1,450,000.
Of those 116 homes, 50 have accepted offers with a list price range of $63,150 to $499,900. 19 of those homes went under agreement in less than 30 days!
