We recently received word of some great customer service at an area grocery store. Lori Vintilescu, a Marlborough resident and Patch reader, was shopping at the new Wegmans in Northborough with her two-year-old twins, and realized she had forgotten her wallet only when she had gone through the checkout. The store manager took notice and allowed Vintilescu take her groceries home, then bring back payment after she picked up her other child from school. She was so impressed by this customer service that she kindly shared her story with us. Have you had a pleasant experience like this at a local business recently? Tell us about it in the comments.
