10 Things That Say Peabody

  4. The — the largest middle school in Massachusetts.
  5. City squares named after deceased wartime soldiers (OK, Peabody’s not the only city to do this, but it seems to outdo its neighbors on that front).
  6. The most affordable place to live on the North Shore for homeowners.
  7. The International Festival — the city’s yearly celebration of its rich ethnic diversity and heritage.
  8. . Ties in with No. 6 above and is one of the few and the proud municipal light plants in Massachusetts.
  9. — did you know you can go cross-country skiing here for cheap in the winter as well?
  10. — one of the largest shopping malls in New England.

I wish they would post more old Peabody pictures on here. I want to see what Peabody looked like in the 50's as well as the turn of the century.

Peabody Veteran's Memorial High School ..... it is a really long name! Peabody Youth Soccer - Peabody has the best soccer fields around!
